If your order arrives and there is a discrepancy, please contact Soleil Customer Service department as soon as possible. Where credit is approved, they will arrange for the order to be returned and/or credits to be issued. Please no not return goods without approval of Soleil Foodservice.

All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. It is recommended that the condition of the package be noted upon delivery. It is suggested that you retain the carton if loss is due to package damage. Garments which have been worn, laundered, altered, dry-cleaned, or discontinued are not subject to credit.
